Zakery Mark Blankenship Would Pair Perfectly With Anime-Rave Rappers

August 21, 2018

A 21-year-old electric and eclectic songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Texas. The type of producing that is popular in Anime also a perfect electric instrumentalist that many Hip-Hop/Rap lovers can relate to.

He is currently making leaps and bounds towards the direction of a new full length album. Striving for an emotionally cinematic and a heartfelt, euphoric dystopian type of style and flare. He is musically captivated by the odd new sounds that aren’t often used in a musical structure or piece. Dramatic and mystical soundscapes are where his sound shines the most. His tunes would be a banger in a Trippie Redd or the late XXXTentacion track, with their dark goth sometimes celestial rap styles.

Inspired by all types of music ranging from new-age synth-wave to 90’s Hip-Hop to classical orchestral compositions. A lot of the tone and diversity of his tunes are based around his daily life and how the world may seem around him. He is also heavily influenced by the soundtracks to the video games that he loves, such as DarkSouls and Final Fantasy VII. His visuals are crazy, also nostalgic of the 80's design patterns and late 90's distressed illustrations. If you love Dragonball Z's musical background and Ski Mask the Slump God, then this Zakery is for you.

On August 17th, 2018, he released the single “Too Many Knives” featuring Color Theory. The track is the first single to be released off the upcoming album.
